Tuesday, March 11 onward, you can go to WWW.VOTE411.ORG to find what you need to know about the March 18, 2025 Village Elections in Tompkins County for Cayuga Heights, Dryden, Freeville, or Groton.
VOTE411 is a national, non-partisan voting resource that provides a “one-stop shop” local Voters’ Guide with all the information you need to register and cast your ballot. You can enter your home address to learn which elections are being held within your district, and when and where to vote. Information is also provided on each candidate – their background and, if they choose to respond, their answers to questions about their stances on issues and priorities.
Residents of the Village of Cayuga Heights will be voting for three Trustees. Residents of the villages of Dryden and Groton will each be voting for their Mayors and two Trustees. Residents of the Village of Freeville will be voting for two Trustees.
Deadline to register to vote in a Village Election is Friday, March 7
Election Day is Tuesday, March 18
The Village of Lansing election will be on Tuesday, April 22, 2024. The Voters’ Guide should be available by April 15 at the latest.
