Speakers Don Barber (Chair of the Food Policy Council of Tompkins County) and Beth Radow (LWV-NY Issues Specialist, LWV-NY Energy, Agriculture & Environment Committee Chair) described our food system from production to access to waste, addressing challenges and sustainable solutions at the local and state level with a goal of ensuring a food system that is equitable and protects our ecosystems.
